Audrey
Storyteller 1 / Duloc Dancer
Audrey, 11, is a 6th grader at Fall Creek Intermediate. Shrek Kids is her 14th show at Ji-Eun Lee Music Academy and she has loved doing every one! She is also an experienced piano player and has started playing the flute this year. Outside of music, Audrey also loves playing soccer and spending time with her friends.
Henley
Storyteller 2/ Duloc Dancer
Henley is a 6th grader at Mission Christian Academy. She enjoys softball, volleyball, drawing, and youth group with friends. Shrek is her 4 th theater performance.
Phoebe
Storyteller 3 / Duloc Dancer
Phoebe is in 5th grade at Holy Cross Lutheran School. In her free time, she enjoys reading Harry Potter and writing plays and stories. This is her 6th production at JLMA. Her favorite roles have included Dory in Finding Nemo, Winnie the Pooh in Winnie the Pooh, and Willy Wonka in Willy Wonka. She loves theater and hopes to be a professional actress someday.
Becky
Mama Ogre / Mama Bear
Becky is a 5th grader at Sand Creek Intermediate. When she isn't at theatre, you'll find her at dance class or school choir! This will be her seventh production since joining theatre.
Olive
Papa Ogre / Papa Bear
Olive is in fifth grade at FCI. This is her fourth production at JMLA and she enjoys performing. She also has a passion for writing her own scripts. When she's not dabbling in the arts, she's busy playing soccer and spending time with family and friends.
Greylynn
Young Shrek/ Dwarf/ Fairytale Character
Greylynn, age 7, is a 2nd grader at Heritage Christian School. She loves theater and all things art related! She is full of joy and spirited. She loves cheeseburgers, swimming, dancing and putting on shows at home for her brother, sister, mom and dad.
Frankie
Shrek
Debuting as Shrek in her 7th show at Ji-Eun Lee, this 11 yr. old loves the stage! Frankie enjoys reading Wings of Fire, playing with her dog, Gerdie, and holding her new bunny, Rufus. When not on stage, she can be found practicing her 5th grade Spanish, crafting, drawing, making funny videos, or singing along to musicals in her room.
Harrison
Captain of The Guards
Harrison is in 6th grade at Skiles Test Elementary. He enjoys being in plays at the Switch Theater and is also on the Academic Team and in Robotics at Skiles Test.
Evelyn
Pinocchio
Evelyn, age 12, is a 6th grader at Fall Creek Intermeidate. Shrek is her 5th musical at Ji-Eun Lee, and she’s already looking forward to the next one. Outside of musicals, Evelyn can be found reading ALL the books or practicing on her keyboard.
Bode
Big Bad Wolf / Dragon
Bode is thrilled to be performing in his 8th production with Ji-Eun Lee Music Academy! A creative fifth-grader, Bode is 11 years old and has a passion for building worlds, both virtual and real. When he's not on stage, you can find him dominating the leaderboard in his latest video game, constructing epic fortresses with his LEGO collection, or hanging out with his best friend and cousin, Mace.
Emmerie
Pig 1
Emmerie, age 8, is a 3rd grader at Holy Cross. She loves being creative through drawing, crocheting, to acting in plays at JLMA. Emmerie is the best big sister and a thoughtful friend.
Claire
Pig 2
Claire is 9 years old and in the 4th grade. She loves theater and has been in 101 Dalmatians and The Jungle Book. She also loves volleyball, art, and spending time with friends and family. Her smile can light up a room.
Ivy
Pig 3
Ivy is in third grade at Holy Cross Lutheran School. She enjoys reading, playing with friends, and dancing. Shrek Jr. is her sixth production with JLMA. Her favorite roles have included Charlie in Willy Wonka, Thomas O’Malley in Aristocats, and Kristoff in Frozen.
Brooklynn
Wicked Witch
Brooklynn attends Heritage Christian School and is a current 4th grader. She is passionate about theater and loves acting! This is her second production at Ji-Eun Lee Music Academy. Her other hobbies include volleyball, cheer, basketball and choir. She is also a Junior Girl Scout. Brooklynn keeps a busy schedule but she always puts her love for Jesus and her family above everything else.
Emilee
Peter Pan / Dragon
Emilee is in fourth grade at Skiles Test Elementary. She loves being in plays at the Switch Theater and is also involved in soccer and basketball.
Anna
Ugly Duckling
Anna Courtney is excited to step into the feathers of the Ugly Duckling in Shrek the Musical! Anna is a sweet, funny and seasoned performer who loves acting, ice skating, and making music on her cello. In her spare time she enjoys reading crime thrillers and playing with her beloved furry pups, Winnie and Wesley!
Marli
Baby Bear
Marli is a 3rd grader at SCE. This is her 2nd production, and she loves being on stage. Along with theater she enjoys ice skating. She has 2 older sisters who adore her! In her spare time you can find her with her friends listening, dancing and singing to Taylor Swift.
Charlie
Donkey
Charlie, age 11, is thrilled to be part of Shrek! When she’s not on stage, she can usually be found buried in a good book, eating literally any food you put in front of her or playing clarinet loud enough for the neighbors to hear. She also plays soccer… but only when she’s not busy watching The Simpsons or The Rookie. Enjoy the show, and beware of ogres!
Delaney S.
Lord Farquaad
Delaney, age 12, is in 7th grade at Riverside Junior High. This year, she is taking art and choir and is very excited to be part of show choir as well. Delaney loves being on stage and embracing all her different rolls. Shrek is her 14th theater performance with Ji-Eun Lee Music Academy. She is thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful theater company!
Allie
Gingy
Allie Courtney brings her talent to the stage as Gingy in Shrek the Musical. Allie is a bright and spirited 10 year-old who loves nothing more than stepping into the spotlight. When she’s not singing or dancing her way across the stage, Allie can be found adventuring with her parents and her sister Anna, or playing with her two fluffy fans, Winnie and Wesley!
Elliana
Young Fiona / FairyTale Character
Elliana is a 4th grader at TCE. This is her 5th theater performance. Some of her favorites have been playing Eeyore in Winnie the Pooh and Young Fiona in Shrek the Musical. Outside of theater, she enjoys playing soccer and hanging out with her family and friends.
Nora
Teen Fiona / Fairy Godmother
Nora is a fourth grader at New Britton Elementary. She loved her role as Marian the Librarian in Music Man Kids last spring. Outside of theatre, she enjoys singing in her school choir, playing piano, swimming, playing soccer, and making different kinds of art.
Delaney M.
Fiona
Delaney is 11 and is in the sixth grade at Our Lady of Grace. This is Delaney’s 9th production and some of her favorite roles have included Veruca Salt, Matilda and Alice. When Delaney is not performing on stage she enjoys cross country, baking, playing volleyball and spending time with friends. She’s excited to perform and hopes you enjoy the show!
Ila
Bishop / FairyTale Character / Duloc Dancer
Ila is a 9-year-old 3rd grade student at Fishback Creek Public Academy in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is in her sixth year of dance, studying hip-hop, ballet, tap, and jazz—and she loves being on stage! This past summer, Ila made her theater debut at JLMA, playing the role of Augustus Gloop in Willy Wonka. When she’s not dancing or acting, Ila enjoys creating art and spending time with her family.
Kendall
Duloc Dancer / Guard
Kendall is a 4th grader at TCE, excited to make her debut performance with JLMA! She discovered her love for acting after taking her first acting class this past summer. In addition to performing, Kendall is an avid soccer player, cheerleader, animal lover, and creative artist. She also serves as a leader on her school’s Student Leadership Council. Her entire family and friends are so proud of her!
Nova
Guard
Making her first musical appearance, Nova is excited to join her big sister on stage as a guard. At 7 she is either making everyone laugh with her witty humor, asking to play with friends, being visited by the tooth fairy, having lemonade stands, holding up the “peace sign” in every photo, playing with her dog, Gerdie, and bunny, Rufus, or coloring and crafting. She also speaks Spanish and is interested in playing soccer.
Riley
Guard
Riley, age 9 attends McCordsville elementary school. She just recently joined us from Muncie Civic, where she played Lulu in Waitress and had her first solo! She has also performed in The Outsiders, Fiddler on the Roof and several other shows in various theatres. Riley loves singing, theatre, wrestling and her cat Boomer.
