Ji-Eun (pronounced June) has a Master of Music in piano performance from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, but her true love is teaching. She has been teaching piano for over 30 years. Her teaching style is caring, but firm and she is an expert at identifying what a student needs and inspiring the student to reach the next level. In addition to teaching piano, Ji-Eun also directs our Youth Theater program. She learned the craft under the careful guidance of several expert directors. Like her piano students, her theater students love being directed by her!

When she is not at the studios she enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug and two daughters, Christina and Caylie. Oh, and Corey and Latte — the family dogs! In those rare occasions when she gets time away from the music studios, she loves to travel, visit art museums, and spend time on the beach.
