Student Bio Form

We are expanding the content in our playbill's giving our student actresses and actors more focus plus additional details about each production.  To accommodate the additional content we are shifting to digital playbill's.

Please complete this form with a short student bio (3 to 4 sentences is sufficient).  You can include hobbies, something interesting about the student, achievements, favorite music/film/book/food, how the student chose the instrument, or other fun and interesting facts.  Also, please upload a photo (head shot) of the student.

Bio Tip:  For privacy reasons we only publicly use first names at our music schools.  If last name is submitted we will remove it.

Photo Tip:  It will be REALLY helpful to us if the photo you upload is square (1:1 ratio).

Make Believe Example:  Ethan, age 12, is a 6th-grade cellist at Lincoln Middle School. He has been studying cello for two years with Mr. Cello Teacher. Ethan loves performing with his school orchestra and recently participated in his first solo competition. Outside of music, he enjoys building model airplanes and hiking with his family.
